A TOP energy adviser has advised millions of property owners to look into the government’s energy saving initiative which helps residents pay for home improvements.
Alistair Buchanan, chief executive of Ofgem, the electricity and gas market regulator, said residents and business owners could benefit from the Green Deal as energy prices look set to soar.
